T-1: The Final Countdown
All my gear is packed and I'm ready to go
Well, the gear is laid out, the shoes are by the door, the snacks are packed, and I am ready to roll tomorrow. While I was packing my vest, I had a HUGE surprise: my lovely family came to send me off on this epic journey! My mom, my Aunt Lou, my Aunt Diane, and my Uncle Bob showed up at the camper to bring me hugs and best wishes. They plan to meet us at the starting point tomorrow for a send-off. That's a long way to drive just to wave goodbye! I'm truly the luckiest. :)
Hoping to hit the road early tomorrow and get this party started. Just doing some last minute gpx logistics before I hop into bed. I can't say it enough and I'm sure I'll say it a thousand times over the next 90 days, but THANK YOU to Dr Andrew Brydon for ensuring my route, electronics, and pickup/dropoff logistics are all in order. Let's do this thing!
