In 2026, I ran a fast trek across the Eastern segment of the American Discovery Trail. Avering 32 miles a day for 32 days during the month of May, I spoke with folks in Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio about their limitless potential and raised funds for Soles4Souls, a great organization working to provide new athletic shoes to every child experiencing homelessness.
