Days 7-8: Eastern ADT 2026

Enjoying the last two quiet days on the well-groomed, fast and flat C&O Trail. I hear there is an ultra on this trail...definitely looking into it. :)

Not much to film but a lovely spot for running, hiking, walking, biking...I'm surprised I didn't see more people across my four days. Get out there, folks!
