Day 3: ADT 2025

I put in a few extra miles on the trail today, since there appears to be weather rolling in. Nice back country road walking for the most part, with some fun-time in Madison thrown in.

We held an event at Norton King's Daughters' Health and shared GOTR info and my running journey with friends.

Now, to keep heading southwest through the state. Onward!
